I’ve attempted to call the customer service several times, and either get disconnected or never reach someone—but I have left a voicemail. In summary: I have not been to ZoomCare since Novemberwas unaware of any outstanding charges, am unable to view what this sudden bill was for, and did not consent to the charge. I have not had any response from the provider. I am satisfied with the results. I did not realize there was a deadline to respond with my satisfaction.
